If your question is not listed, feel free to contact us!
We solely accept Paynow and payment to be made once cards are submitted.
To minimize contact with your raw card as much as possible, we recommend slotting them into Pull Sleeves and then into Cardsavers. However, if you do not have any of the mentioned items, just let us know and we will provide them free-of-charge!
1. Prepare your cards in Pull Sleeves and in Cardsavers
2. Schedule a convenient timing to submit your cards at the following locations,
- Choa Chu Kang MRT
- Bukit Gombak MRT
- Bukit Batok MRT
- Bukit Panjang MRT
- Buona Vista MRT
4. Make full payment via Paynow/Cash
5. You will be kept updated of the grading progress
6. Arrange for collection of graded returns!
If the graded assets are valued higher, PSA reserves the right to upgrade your initial grading service levels. You will then be charged the price difference between the initial and the PSA corrected service levels. We will pay the upcharge to PSA on your behalf, after which we will require you to reimburse the top-up.
Example: If you declare the value of a card as $50 and submit it via Bulk service (which has a maximum declared value of $199 per card) for $40, and it comes back as a PSA 10 that is valued at $500, you would be charged for the card at the Economy service level (currently $99). I.e., a top-up of $59* is required. One way to think about this is that you now have a $500 card instead of the $50 card you thought you had, so the extra money is worth it!
You can determine the declared value of your cards/assets (with good accuracy) by searching for the recently sold price of your cards in the approximate grade through PriceCharting.com
This is HIGHLY IMPROBABLE as we employ the use of FedEx, a reputable international shipping company. However, in the unfortunate event that your cards are lost, compensation will be based on these scenarios:
* If cards are lost during shipping, FedEx would reimburse an insurance payout
* If cards are lost at PSA, we will be notified and will resolve with PSA directly
We do not and will never group duplicates together. As a precaution, we will ensure that duplicate cards are kept ‘far away’ from each other in both physical cards arrangement and our data base. PSA grades in order on the submission form, so we will know whose cards they belong to. However, we have to highlight that despite the due diligence on our end, we are unable to guarantee that PSA will do the same.
We believe in karma and retribution hence we do not advocate such unethical practices. PLUS we are aiming for the long-run in this community.
You will be notified of your submission batch number and you can track your batch progress here. There are 8 stages that your cards will undergo once they reach PSA. There is no set processing time for each stage. Please don't be alarmed if the progress remains at a particular stage for an extended period of time. It is due to the current volume of submissions being processed at PSA.
